Welcome to Amplify Creations. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms govern your relationship with Amplify Creations, including any digital services, web hosting, design work, and ongoing support we provide.
2. Service Charges
Amplify Creations charges for services based on several factors, including project size, complexity, and the time required to complete the work. Our fees include:
Initial Charges: Initial service charges vary depending on the scope and requirements of your project.
Varied Rates: Service rates differ for small, medium, and large-scale projects and are customized based on client needs.
Monthly Maintenance Fees: Maintenance fees are subject to change depending on the expansion and maintenance requirements of your digital platforms (e.g., websites, apps). We will notify you of any changes in advance.
Major Revisions and Do-Overs: Significant changes or do-overs requested by the client will incur additional charges. These revisions are not included in the monthly maintenance fees, which cover bug fixes and general maintenance only.
3. Control Group Procedure and Handoff
Our control group ensures quality and reliability during the project lifecycle. Upon project completion or subscription cancellation:
Service Handoff: All charges and assets registered under Amplify Creations will be transferred to the client hassle-free. This includes a comprehensive guide detailing what the client is now responsible for.
Client Ownership: Upon handoff, the client assumes full liability for managing the assets, hosting, and associated responsibilities.
4. Hosting and Design Validity
Amplify Creations offers hosting services and ensures design validity under the following terms:
Service Continuity: If you discontinue hosting services with Amplify Creations, the designs, assets, or branding we create may require adjustments for use with a third-party host.
Third-Party Hosting: Clients opting for third-party hosting must consult with Amplify Creations to ensure compatibility and functionality.
5. Right to Refuse Work
Amplify Creations reserves the right to decline work that:
Does not align with our company’s expertise or resources.
Violates ethical or legal standards.
Exceeds reasonable project constraints as determined during consultation.
6. Copyright & Ownership
Digital Assets: All digital assets, including designs, content, and branding, are provided for client use while under contract. Full ownership is transferred only upon project completion and payment in full.
Intellectual Property Rights: Amplify Creations retains intellectual property rights for any original code, content, or assets unless explicitly transferred.
7. Subscription Cancellation
Clients wishing to cancel their subscription must notify Amplify Creations in writing. Upon cancellation:
Handoff Process: Amplify Creations will transfer all registered assets, accounts, and necessary documentation to the client.
Liability Transfer: The client will receive a guide detailing their new responsibilities for managing the transferred assets.
Final Charges: Any outstanding fees must be settled before the handoff.
8. Limitation of Liability
Service Interruption: Amplify Creations is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party hosting, technical malfunctions, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
Non-Transferable Services: Our tailored services are non-transferable without explicit consent from Amplify Creations.
9. Amendments to Terms
Amplify Creations reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
